All time favourite Food

Ingredients :
 
Chopped Onions (medium size)- 3 nos
Chopped Tomatos (medium size) - 3 nos
Red Chillies - 5 nos
Garlic - 4 cloves
Tamarind - 1 tea spoon of tamarind paste
Salt to taste
Mustard seeds - 1 Teaspoon
Vegetable Oil - 4 teaspoon
Curry Leaves to garnish
 
 
Method of preparation :
 
Heat a medium sized pan with 2 table spoon of oil. Add chopped onions ,4 cloves of garlic and red chillies saute till onion turns transperent. Then add chopped tomatoes, tamarind paste and salt to taste, saute for 5mins. Turn off the heat and allow the mixture to cool and blend it in a blender to form a smooth paste.
 
 
For seasoning: Heat two table spoon of oil , add 1 tea spoon of mustard seed and allow to sizzle.
 
Serve it with hot idly and dosa.
